MSDN .NET Framework Developer Center: Contents of .NET Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1

The "preview" releases of the service packs 1 for .net 1.1 and sp3 for .net 1; the final releases will be timed to coincide with Win XP sp2, which will actually "break" the .net framework. I was just looking through a list of fixes for 1.1 sp1, and note that a lot of them have the statement "No Public KB article available at this time", along with a link pointing to a KB number on the MS support site; but of course, if you follow the link you'll be greeted with a "KB Article is not available" error page...

So, the question is, are these embarrassing bugs / security flaws that MS have tried to keep secret for the months / years between the initial release of .net fx 1.1 and this service pack release, or something less sinister, like they haven't got round to finishing off the KB article just yet?
